Oracle Utilities C2M/CCB/MDM Developer

3+ years of hands-on development experience in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B;, and MDM, with solid expertise in OUAF framework-based development.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Developer to design, develop, customize, and support utility solutions using Oracle Utilities applications. The role requires strong technical depth in C2M, CC&B;, MDM, and OUAF, with a focus on scalable, upgrade-secure customizations and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom components in C2M using the OUAF framework
Develop and configure Business Objects, Algorithms, Plug-ins, and Services
Work on core C2M entities such as Measuring Components, Measurement Types, Devices, Service Points, Usage Subscriptions, and Service Agreements
Customize and support CC&B; billing and customer processes




Develop and support 3rd Party integrations
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP, file, or message-based interfaces
Work with batch controls, To Do types, and background processing
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support
Collaborate with functional consultants, architect and tech leads to deliver end-to-end solutions

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B;, and MDM
Deep understanding of OUAF architecture
Proficiency in Java (OUAF), SQL, and PL/SQL
Experience with integrations, data validation, and error handling
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
