Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of the Middle East talent market. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, sourcing top talent and working closely with clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (contract & permanent)




Work with account managers to understand client requirements
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases for sourcing
Schedule and coordinate client interviews
Maintain accurate records via ATS and provide timely follow-ups
Stay current on IT hiring trends in the region ⸻

Requirements
3–4 years of IT recruitment experience
Must have Middle East recruitment experience
Solid knowledge of IT roles and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
