Open Position: IT Recruiter

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Only Mumbai Suburban based location (Bhayandar to Bandra) Candidates apply for the Position.

Sourcing, and screening IT profiles of candidates as per the requirement.
Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups.
Handling end-to-end IT recruitment via Job portals, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
Preparing Job Descriptions and Posting Jobs on Portals.
Updating of all Excel sheets related to employee details.
Handling day-to-day Admin activities also.
Recruitment master sheet/database.
Taking the first round of interviews.
Sorting and Filling resumes.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:-
Productive knowledge of technology, technical roles and technical& skills.
Handling Job Portals & Posting Jobs on Portals.
Valuable Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
