The Senior SAP HANA Master Data Governance Functional role is crucial to our organization as it entails managing and governing the master data within the SAP HANA setting. This role directly impacts the quality, consistency, and reliability of data, which is fundamental to effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:-
· Senior SAP MDG Functional
Positive to have (Not Mandatory):-
· Life Science Industry experience.
Required Skills:
· Must have 5 years of experience working as an SAP MDG consultant.
· Expertise with Customer, Vendor, and Material master data in SAP MDG
· Expertise in Data Model Enhancement, Data Replication Framework (DRF),
· Business Rules Framework plus (BRFplus)
· Experience in User interface modelling and Process Modelling
· Must have experience in following change management processes with regards to
deploying changes related to enhancements.




· Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Master Data Governance (MDG) implementation projects
Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of MDG processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
Develop data governance strategies and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
Provide expertise in data management standards and best practices
Identify and resolve data quality issues and process gaps
Participate in data migration and integration activities
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Train and mentor junior team members in SAP HANA MDG
Stay updated with the latest SAP HANA and MDG developments
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and challenges
