Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist for one of our client, a leading BPO company based in Mahape. This full time, on-site position involves managing HR policies, overseeing employee perks and benefits administration, and handling day-to-day HR tasks. The role will provide support to both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits and advantages programs
Handle day-to-day HR functions and support
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Provide excellent communication and interpersonal support





Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices
Experience in HR management and administration
Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
Understanding of employee benefits and administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Weekly Offs: Sunday
Compensation: Up to ₹3.0 lakhs per annum
