Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, outbound channels, and event participation
Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage decision-makers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria
Schedule product demos and discovery calls for the Sales Team
Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospect interactions in CRM




Track and manage early-stage pipeline to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and demos booked

What We’re Looking For:-
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / Business Development (preferably in SaaS/Tech)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in calls and emails
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Self-starter with high energy and target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales cycles

Good to Have:
Experience with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
Exposure to lead qualification frameworks like BANT, HQL, MQL
