Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of Voiro's ad revenue management platform. You will be a key player in shaping the future of ad monetization, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver a product that delights our customers and exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Deeply understand the ad monetization landscape: Stay abreast of industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space.

- Champion the customer: Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, understanding their needs, and translating them into product requirements.

- Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to set the product direction and prioritize initiatives that align with Voiro's overall business goals.

- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications: Create user stories, wireframes, and other documentation to clearly articulate product requirements to the engineering team.

- Manage the product backlog: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with engineering on product development: Work closely with the development team throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

- Drive product adoption and usage: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, create compelling marketing materials,



and provide ongoing support to users.

- Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key metrics, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Be a product evangelist: Represent Voiro at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing the platform's capabilities and thought leadership.

Requirements:

- Proven experience: 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on ad tech, digital media, or SaaS platforms.

- Ad monetization expertise: Deep understanding of ad revenue models, ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and yield optimization.

- Customer-centric approach: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems, with a proven ability to gather and incorporate user feedback.

- Technical proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively, collaborating seamlessly with engineering teams.

- Data-driven mindset: Solid analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions and measure product performance.

- Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate product vision and strategy clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Bonus Points:

- Experience working with ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Invidi, Freewheel, etc.)

- Familiarity with header bidding, ad exchanges, and SSPs

- Knowledge of ad monetization across OTT platforms, Publishing or eCommerce.
