Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key product and client-facing initiatives at Quantum Heaps. In this role, you will serve as the connective thread between Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring that every project moves forward with clarity, discipline, and purpose. Your CRM industry expertise will be instrumental in anticipating implementation challenges, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring seamless delivery both for internal product timelines and external client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and drive execution from kickoff to completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
- CRM Implementation Oversight: Manage the end-to-end rollout of CRM features, integrations, or customer onboarding projects, drawing on prior CRM industry experience to anticipate common implementation challenges.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Client Coordination: Where applicable, liaise directly with clients to understand requirements,



provide status updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process & Documentation: Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and status reports; contribute to improving internal project management processes and tools.
- Sprint & Agile Coordination: Support agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) in coordination with Engineering and Product teams.
- Quality & Delivery Ownership: Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations before release or handoff.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management, with mandatory hands-on experience in the CRM industry (implementation, product, or client delivery roles).
- CRM Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data structures (accounts, contacts, opportunities), and common integration or onboarding challenges.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar for tracking projects, sprints, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders internal teams and external clients with strong communication and expectation-setting skills.
- Organizational Skills: Robust ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks early and drive pragmatic solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Agile Familiarity: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience coordinating with engineering teams in sprint-based environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
