About Oolka

Oolka is building India's first truly agentic AI credit platform, one that doesn't just show users their credit score, but actively works on their behalf to fix issues, negotiate better rates, and improve their financial health.

Founded by Utkrishta Kumar (ex-Chief Business Officer, Meesho), Oolka is backed by Accel, Lightspeed India, and Z47. We work with leading banks and NBFCs to help users manage and improve their credit health, and we're investing heavily in product, engineering, and AI to build a full-stack financial operating system for Indian consumers.

We are currently hiring for 5 open roles:

1. Voice AI PM

Own Oolka's voice-first interaction layer, letting users manage their credit by simply talking, not typing.

- Design natural, unscripted voice conversations for India's first agentic credit product
- 2–5 yrs PM experience, with a shipped voice AI product end-to-end
- Strong grip on STT/TTS pipelines, latency, accuracy trade-offs, real-world failure points
- Comfortable designing for vernacular, low-bandwidth, first-time digital users

2. AI PM

Help scale India's first truly agentic credit solution, a self-driven system that helps users manage and improve their credit autonomously.





- 3–5 yrs PM experience
- Solid AI curiosity with prototyping/"vibe coding" experience
- Understands LLM mechanics and agentic workflows

3. Transactions PM

Own the money moments, payments and transactions and make them effortless.

- 3–5 yrs building consumer products at scale
- Consumer-first generalist who sweats the end-to-end journey
- Problem-first mindset
- Tier 1 college mandatory

4. Lending PM

Build lending journeys from intent to disbursal and the lender integrations behind them.

- 3–5 yrs building lending journeys/lender integrations
- Shipped a lending product end-to-end (origination, underwriting hand-offs, disbursal)
- Direct experience with lender/partner APIs
- Tier 1 college mandatory

5. AI APM (Evals)

Own the evaluation layer, the evals, datasets, and quality loops that prove our AI agents actually work.

- 1+ yrs in an AI-first setup
- Hands-on with eval datasets, rubrics, LLM-as-judge, regression suites
- Understands LLM mechanics and agentic workflows
- Tier 1 college preferred, strong evals portfolio can override
