Product Manager – Seeds

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify farmer/customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings and recent product opportunities.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation, development and launch to performance monitoring and phase-out.
- Work closely with R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Field/Extension and Supply Chain teams for product development and execution.
- Develop pricing, positioning and product strategies to improve market share and profitability.
- Support Sales through product training, promotional campaigns, technical communication and product demonstrations.
- Monitor sales, market share, customer feedback, product adoption and profitability.
- Prepare product performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.




- Manage product budgets and resources for development, marketing and distribution.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture / MABM; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness or Product Management preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in the Seeds industry.
- Strong experience in Seed Marketing, Product Development and Product Management.
- Good understanding of market research, product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and product profitability.
- Experience working with R&D; and Sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and market research tools.
