Job Summary The Product Manager will drive product development and manage the entire product life cycle for CallHippo's VoIP telephony platform, with a strong emphasis on using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) to accelerate market research, competitor analysis, and requirement definition. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine product management fundamentals with hands-on AI fluency to make faster, better-informed decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to conduct market research, synthesize customer needs, and surface emerging trends in VoIP, telephony, and SaaS communication.
- Perform structured competitor analysis with AI assistance — benchmarking features, pricing, positioning, and messaging — before defining product requirements.
- Draft, refine, and pressure-test product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and specs using AI, while applying human judgment to validate output.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product specifications.
- Use AI to analyze user feedback, support tickets, and product usage data at scale to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Manage product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
- Oversee product testing and QA processes to ensure product excellence.




- Monitor product performance and continuously feed insights back into the roadmap.
- Build and document repeatable AI-assisted workflows and prompt templates the wider team can reuse.

Qualifications And Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving product development and managing the product life cycle.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for research, analysis, writing, or workflow automation.
- Robust knowledge of product planning, testing, and delivery management.
- Ability to write effective prompts and critically evaluate AI output for accuracy and bias.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SaaS, VoIP, telecom, or B2B software is a plus.
