Design the Future of Learning with AI
We're seeking a Learning Experience Architect with 10+ years of instructional design experience who can combine learning strategy, performance consulting, AI-enabled design, and hands-on content development to create impactful learning solutions for global clients.
As a Learning Experience Architect, you'll partner with clients, guide and mentor instructional designers, architect cutting-edge learning experiences, and leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate content development and enhance learning outcomes. This is a hands-on role for an experienced learning qualified who enjoys moving seamlessly between strategy, consulting, design, and execution.

About the Role
The Learning Experience Architect (LXA)



is a senior member of our Global Delivery team, responsible for designing high-quality learning solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll work directly with clients and subject matter experts, lead learning design efforts across multiple projects, and help elevate the capabilities of a growing team of instructional designers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning science, business consulting, emerging technologies, and creative problem-solving.

Design Learning Solutions That Drive Performance
