About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience, to join our Servicing Engineering team and help build a next-generation, AI-powered servicing platform.
This role focuses on designing and building intelligent, scalable servicing systems - including AI assistants, agentic workflows, and platform APIs - while also improving observability, reliability, and performance across core backend services.




This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy combining solid backend engineering with AI-driven innovation and contemporary platform practices.

What You’ll Work On
Core Backend Engineering
Design and build backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Develop secure, scalable APIs for servicing workflows and integrations
Contribute to frontend experiences using React or contemporary JavaScript frameworks (preferred, not mandatory)
Own features end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness

AI-Powered Servicing Platform
Build AI-driven servicing capabilities, including:
AI assistants and chat-based self-service experiences
Agentic AI workflows that execute multi-step actions safely and reliably
Design and develop platform APIs that expose servicing capabilities to:
Web and mobile experiences
Internal tools
Partner and external AI agents
Rapidly prototype ideas and validate them through POCs a
