Demonstration - Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.

- Explain technical features and advantages effectively. 2.

Project

Management (Customer-wise) - Manage customer-specific projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate required actions across all departments to ensure timely delivery. 3.

Sales Tools

Development - Create, review, and refine sales tools and presentations.

- Ensure tools are aligned with product updates and customer needs. 4.

Engineering Change

Notice (ECN) Regularization - Implement and regularize ECN processes.

- Maintain accurate documentation and communication of changes.
- Documentation & Reporting - Track Daily Call Reports (DCR)



and ensure timely updates.
- Prepare troubleshooting guides and provide technical support documentation. 6.

Customer Acceptance

Tests - Attend CFAT (Customer Factory Acceptance Test) and VFAT (Vendor Factory Acceptance Test).

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements during testing phases. 7.

Technical

Support & Troubleshooting - Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.

- Develop troubleshooting guides for common product issues. Minimum 2+ Years Exp in Machinery Manufacturing Industry
