Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Development Lead role based in Gurugram.

The Product Development

Lead will guide the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and market research through design, testing, and launch of machinery products.

Responsibilities include coordinating research and development (R&D;) activities, defining product requirements, and aligning product features with customer and market needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, production, sales, and quality to ensure timely delivery and performance of products.

Lead will monitor product performance, analyze feedback and data,



and recommend improvements to maintain competitiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Product Management skills to identify opportunities and manage the product lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product plans clearly.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) experience to drive innovation and oversee technical development of machinery products.
- Experience in industrial or machinery sectors, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Ability to lead projects, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, product management, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with product documentation, project management tools, and basic data analysis software.
