Solar Portal. We provide end-to-end rooftop solar solutions consultation, design, installation, and long-term support and are building the infrastructure for clean energy adoption at scale across India.

- Own design for assigned features and product areas end-to-end, from problem definition to

shipped UI
- Work with Product Managers to translate user needs and business goals into design requirements
- Conduct or contribute to user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
- Participate in design reviews and apply design system components consistently
- Collaborate closely with Engineering through implementation to ensure design fidelity
- Contribute reusable patterns and components back to the design system




- Present work in design critiques and incorporate feedback constructively

Requirements

- 3–5 years of Product Design experience, ideally in a product-based company
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped features, not just concepts
- Solid grounding in interaction design, information architecture, and UI craft
- Working knowledge of design systems — using tokens/components, not necessarily building them
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables
- Fluency with AI design/workflow tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, NotebookLM, etc.)
- Comfortable working directly with Engineers during implementation
- Explicit communication and ability to present/defend design decisions to stakeholders
