Procurement / Sourcing Executive – D2C Brands Location: Rohini Sector 18, Delhi

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Sourcing Professional with hands-on experience in sourcing products for D2C brands, e-commerce companies, or consumer brands. The candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, product sourcing, and procurement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for D2C products.
- Handle end-to-end product sourcing and procurement as per business requirements.
- Source products from domestic manufacturers, wholesalers, and relevant supplier networks.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors for samples, product development, quality, production, and timely delivery.
- Track purchase orders, inventory requirements, and procurement timelines.




- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Research new products, suppliers, and market trends relevant to D2C businesses.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Warehouse, and Sales.
- Maintain proper records of vendors, pricing, purchase orders, and procurement data.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Sourcing / Procurement for D2C or E-commerce brands.
- Good understanding of vendor identification and supplier networks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in cost comparison, MOQ negotiation, and vendor management.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have previously worked with D2C brands, consumer product companies, e-commerce brands, FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, home & kitchen, or similar product-based businesses will be preferred.

Candidates with proven hands-on product sourcing experience are highly preferred.
