Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoice verification, and vendor records. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and vendor management skills, good numerical ability, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suitable vendors based on business requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding deliveries, pricing, and product quality.
- Perform quality checks on incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate vendor, pricing, and procurement records.
- Compare vendor rates and calculate per-unit costs.




- Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable comparing prices and calculating per-unit costs.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility
