Continuous Improvement and Project Support Support process engineering team on innovation curve & improvement initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate the energy conservation schemes to reduce cost optimum Energy Consumption with proper operation of plant.
- Monitor the progress of projects and de-bottlenecking the critical areas.
- Impart training on various technical subjects
- Initiating and sustaining best industrial practices
System Management Monitor adherence to compliance related to Safety, Setting & Sustainability
- Review audit reports and plan for improvement
- Monitor processes for accident free operations/ Maintenance and compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements
- Monitor adherence to safety norms & safe operational procedures
- Support plant teams to attend emergencies during silent hours.
- Critical decision making during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Work permit issuance for critical maintenance work during shift hours
