Role Description The Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes across the plant to ensure consistent product quality, higher efficiency, and reliable production performance.

The role involves analyzing process parameters, identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting process-related issues, and working closely with production, maintenance, quality, and utility teams to improve yield, reduce losses, and maintain stable plant operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring process performance, reviewing production data, identifying deviations, conducting root cause analysis, optimizing process conditions, supporting trials and process improvements, maintaining process documentation,



and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. The Process Engineer will also support initiatives related to productivity improvement, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Engineering Graduate, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, production, or manufacturing operations.
- Relevant experience in the maize processing, starch, food processing, or agro-processing industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of process operations, process parameters, material flow, equipment performance, and manufacturing systems.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and loss reduction.
- Ability to analyze production data, process deviations, and operational performance.
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Experience working closely with production, quality, maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of process safety, quality standards, SOPs, and plant operating procedures.
- Valuable planning, documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong focus on process efficiency, product quality, yield improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
