We are looking for a highly experienced LMS Test Manager with extensive knowledge of GxP regulations and a proven track record in LMS GXP testing and implementations. The candidate will be a good leader and must have the ability to engage and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders / Business colleagues using easy language, a rigorous 'think ahead' approach, and will be fully responsible for managing the testing team, working closely with the Business Stakeholders, and external vendors and partners, and coordinating/driving User Acceptance Testing and Systems Integration Testing to ensure the quality and compliance of the current Learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Review the existing 2026 test plan and advise where refinement is needed if required
Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
Ensure all testing activities comply with GxP regulations and standards
Lead / co-ordinate the creation of test scenarios then execution of User Acceptance testing, SIT and Regression testing
Collaborate closely with the project lead, project manager, business leads/ stakeholders, compliance leads,



tech leads to confirm requirements & ensure thorough testing coverage.
Provide detailed test reports, metrics, and documentation to Project stakeholders.
Manage test environments and ensure they are properly configured and maintained.

Qualifications/Traits: •
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Test Manager, with a focus on LMS testing and implementation.
Extensive knowledge of GxP regulations & compliance requirements in a Pharmaceutical environment •
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of formal testing methodologies and best practice
Experience of automated testing tools and frameworks.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Relevant certifications in software testing.
Familiarity with performance testing and security testing
