Key Responsibilities
Create ‘wow’ designs which are cutting-edge yet functional interior design concepts for various hi-end residential projects
Manage and mentor a team of experienced designers
Understand clients’ needs and vision and create outstanding design solutions
Oversee projects from concept to completion
Ensure design quality and adherence to budgets and timelines
Involved in pitching for select hi-end projects
Lead and participate in design pitches for elite clientele

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
8+ years of professional interior design experience
Proven portfolio of exceptional designs and executed projects




Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to create cutting-edge design solutions for off-beat requirements
In-depth knowledge of space planning, furniture, luxury materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings
Understanding of sustainability, durability, and longevity in design
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Demonstrate a track record of creating innovative, avant-garde designs for luxury spaces
