JOB DESCRIPTIONPrinting Machine Operator cum Graphic Designer Job Title: Printing Machine Operator cum Graphic Designer Department: Production / Design Reports To: Production Manager / Business Owner Employment Type: Full time Location: VADODARA Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Printing Machine Operator cum Graphic Designer who can handle both graphic designing and day-to-day printing machine operations. The candidate will be responsible for creating print-ready artwork, operating printing equipment, maintaining print quality, and ensuring that all jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Designing Create designs for visiting cards, brochures, flyers, banners, labels, stickers, packaging, posters, invitations, and other printed materials. Prepare artwork according to customer requirements and printing specifications. Check dimensions, colors, fonts, images, bleed, margins, and resolution before printing.

Prepare final files in appropriate print-ready formats such as PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc. Make corrections and modifications based on customer or management feedback.

Printing Machine Operations

Operate digital, laser, inkjet, UV, DTF, sublimation, or other printing machines as applicable. Set up machines according to the required paper/media, size, color, and print specifications. Monitor printing quality, alignment, color consistency, and machine performance.

Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Check printed materials for defects and ensure minimum wastage. Maintain proper records of printing jobs, materials, and production output.

Follow workplace safety procedures while operating machinery.

Job Coordination

Understand customer/job requirements and convert them into print-ready designs.



Coordinate with production and finishing teams to complete orders. Manage multiple jobs according to priority and delivery deadlines. Ensure finished products meet the required quality standards. Maintain an organized library of design files and customer artwork.

Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and/or printing machine operation preferred. Practical knowledge of printing processes and print-ready artwork preparation. Understanding of CMYK/RGB, DPI, bleed, crop marks, paper/media sizes, and color management .

Ability to identify and resolve basic printing and design issues. Good attention to detail and quality. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple printing jobs. Basic computer knowledge and file-management skills.

Working

ConditionsThe role involves working in a printing/production environment and may require prolonged standing, operating machinery, handling printing materials, and working under production deadlines.

Salary: 12000-15000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
