About the Role

We are seeking an visionary, dynamic, and research-driven academic leader to step into the role of Principal for our AICTE-approved and University-affiliated Engineering Institute.

As the Principal, you will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer, driving institutional growth, curriculum modernizations (integrating cutting-edge AI/CSE technologies), NBA/NAAC accreditations, industry-academia partnerships, and high-impact research.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related technical field from a recognized university/institution of repute.
- Eligibility: Must fulfill AICTE / UGC norms for the position of Principal/Professor.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10–15+ years of combined experience in Teaching, Research, and Academic Administration.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior administrative leadership role (e.g., Dean, Head of Department, Vice-Principal, or Director/Principal).
- Research Track Record: Substantial list of high-impact publications in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals, patents, and successful research grant acquisitions.
