Role Description The Principal Consultant role is a full time, remote position responsible for leading and enhancing PInterview’s consulting and mock interview services. This role includes designing interview practice frameworks, creating structured preparation pathways for different interview types, and delivering high-impact one-to-one consulting sessions to students and professionals.

Consultant will collaborate with industry experts to refine content and methodology, analyze user feedback to improve services, and contribute thought leadership on interview preparation best practices.



Day-to-day activities involve conducting virtual sessions, mentoring junior consultants, supporting product and content teams with insights, and ensuring consistent, high-quality experience across the platform.

Qualifications

- Expertise in interview coaching and career consulting, including experience guiding candidates through academic, campus placement, and professional job interviews.
- Strong background in at least one core domain (e.g., HR, technology, coding, finance, or management) with practical exposure to real-world interview processes.
- Demonstrated ability to design structured learning paths, mock interview formats, and evaluation rubrics tailored to various interview types and levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback skills, with the ability to conduct clear, constructive virtual sessions across diverse audiences.
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and online video platforms for delivering and managing consulting engagements.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent assessment, L&D;, or coaching roles; experience in global or multi-cultural environments is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Human Resources, Technology, or Communications); advanced degrees or professional certifications in coaching or HR are a plus.
