About the Role

We are looking for a Presentation Designer with a strong eye for visual communication and a flair for turning complex project information into clear, engaging and compelling presentations.

The role will primarily focus on creating and maintaining high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, RFPs, proposals, pitches and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with visual storytelling, content structuring and working with project teams to develop impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, visually compelling presentation decks for client presentations, RFPs, proposals, pitches and business development.
- Convert project information, design concepts and technical content into clear, well-structured and persuasive presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers and leadership teams to gather, organise and refine content for presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update existing presentation templates, project decks and company credentials.
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual language, typography and overall presentation quality across all communication material.
- Manage and create content for the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram platforms, including content planning, design and posting.
- Conduct relevant industry and market research to identify opportunities for engaging content and strengthen business communication.




- Maintain and organise a library of project images, presentations, graphics, templates and other marketing assets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in presentation design, marketing communications or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva; excellent understanding of presentation design and visual storytelling.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong ability to structure and present information clearly.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, imagery and branding.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, workplace design or related industries will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with RFPs, proposals, business development presentations and corporate credentials decks will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio of presentation decks, graphic design or marketing communication work is preferred.
