Role Description The Presales Consultant role at Crio.Do is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.

The Presales

Consultant will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, design suitable solutions, and present Crio.Do’s offerings in a clear, compelling manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and solution documents, and supporting client meetings with technical and functional expertise. The role also involves working with internal teams to refine offerings based on client feedback, managing presales activities for multiple opportunities,



and ensuring smooth transitions from presales to project execution.

The Presales

Consultant will maintain accurate records of opportunities, contribute to sales strategies, and help drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to understand client requirements, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.
- Consulting and Presales skills to engage with prospective clients, gather business needs, and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
- Sales and relationship-building skills to support the sales cycle, handle objections, and contribute to closing opportunities.
- Project Management skills to coordinate presales activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in EdTech, technology training, or software solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
