Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer with robust hands-on experience in SolidWorks to join our engineering team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, assemblies, and systems, particularly for laser marking & cutting machines, automation solutions, and production line development.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Create detailed 2D drawings with GD&T;, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.
Develop machine designs for laser marking and cutting systems.
Design automation equipment, fixtures, and production line systems.
Collaborate with electrical, automation, and manufacturing teams for integrated system design.
Perform design modifications based on testing, feedback,



and production requirements.
Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Support prototyping, assembly, and troubleshooting of machines and systems.
Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design files.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in mechanical design.
Robust hands-on expertise in SolidWorks (parts, assemblies, and drawings).
Experience in machine design, preferably in automation systems.
Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, etc.).
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing standards.
Ability to work on end-to-end product or machine development
