Role Description The Practice Head ERP is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the ERP practice and driving end-to-end ERP initiatives for clients. This role oversees solution design, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with stakeholders to define ERP strategies, managing project delivery teams, and monitoring system performance and process improvements.

The Practice

Head ERP will guide demand, production, and business planning processes within ERP platforms, develop best practices and standards,



and provide thought leadership on ERP capabilities and industry trends. The role also involves mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional units, and supporting business development through proposals, demonstrations, and client engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Production Planning skills for effective ERP-enabled supply chain and operations management.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Business Planning skills to translate organizational goals into ERP-supported processes and workflows.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize ERP configurations, and support decision-making.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations or practice areas (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Background in operations, supply chain, finance, or IT consulting is highly beneficial.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
