Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing management reports to support business operations and decision-making. The candidate should possess solid analytical skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and an understanding of cost monitoring and cost-control practices.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Monitor key business metrics and highlight deviations, trends, and areas of concern.
Support management with data-driven insights for operational and financial decision-making.
Track operational expenses and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare cost analysis reports and support cost-control initiatives across departments.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and resolve data discrepancies.




Maintain proper documentation of reports and MIS records.

Required Skills
Strong experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Data Analysis)
MS Word
MS PowerPoint
Solid numerical and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of cost monitoring, cost control, and cost reduction practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory.
Additional certifications in MS Excel or Data Analysis will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in preparing management reports and business performance reports.
Understanding of financial data and cost management concepts.
Proactive approach towards process improvement and operational efficiency.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple reporting requirements simultaneously.
