We are seeking a OneStream Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of OneStream XF solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in OneStream development, integration, and automation, as well as experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects .

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting .
Develop OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation .
Implement OneStream XF Marketplace solutions as needed.
Develop and optimize data integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), Data Warehouses, and other financial systems.
Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules for smooth data flow.
Ensure data validation, reconciliations, and audit controls within OneStream.




Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and resolve system performance bottlenecks.
Guide and mentor junior developers and functional consultants .
Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs .

Preferred Qualifications
OneStream Certification ( OCP or OCA ) is a plus.
Prior experience in Hyperion ( HFM, Planning, Essbase ) or SAP BPC is beneficial.
Exposure to cloud-based OneStream deployments.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
Ability to lead a technical team and work in an Agile setting.
Solid documentation and training skills.

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate
