Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate specialization in Neurosurgery (DNB or MS in Neurosurgery) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical unit.
Valid and active medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
Proven expertise in both open and minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques, including spinal and cranial procedures.
Robust proficiency in surgical and medical management of neurological emergencies, including traumatic brain injury and stroke.
Excellent diagnostic, decision-making,
and critical thinking skills with attention to precision and patient safety.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure settings and manage complex, time-sensitive cases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous qualified growth.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with surgical documentation standards.
