- Manage overall plant production and daily operations.
- Plan and monitor production, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Lead and manage production, quality, maintenance, stores, and other plant teams.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer requirements.
- Improve productivity, reduce rejection, and control manufacturing costs.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and management when required.
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day plant issues and ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹559,680.51 - ₹1,947,046.62 per year
