Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, manpower planning, and employee data.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, attendance data, and payroll-related activities with the Accounts/Finance team.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Handle employee grievances, communication, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate statutory compliance and maintain required HR compliance records.
- Support employee performance reviews, appraisals, and performance management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Ensure workplace discipline, employee conduct, and adherence to company policies.




- Lead and guide the HR team and continuously improve HR systems and processes.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and documentation.
- Experience in attendance and payroll coordination.
- Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and HRMS/HR software.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Feed, Food, Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture, Plant Operations, Industrial Units, or similar industries will be preferred.
