Ensure age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to aid learning
Focus on skill development
Possess the ability to identify learning disabilities
Develop appropriate learning aids, tools and resources and come up with creative ideas in the implementation of the curriculum
Maintain the record of competence, performance, and progress of every child and be able to handle parents.
Update herself/himself on the best practices
