Pharmacovigilance – Case Processing Executive (Life Sciences Fresher)

About the Role

We are hiring Life Sciences freshers for a Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety role with our reputed MNC client based in Bangalore. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity where selected candidates will work with the client while being on 2COMS payroll for the initial 6 months.

Shift Timing
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

(Candidates must be versatile to work in any shift)

Key Responsibilities
Identification and creation of cases in the Global Safety Database from reports received via intake workflow, client mailbox, electronic gateway, and other applicable sources.
Retrieval of current incoming safety information and follow-up correspondence for existing cases as per client SOPs and global regulatory requirements.
Triage and prioritization of safety cases (serious & non-serious).




Accurate data entry and case processing in core safety databases.
Submission and follow-up of cases in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance processes and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Basic understanding of drug safety / adverse event reporting
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven workplace
Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility Criteria
B.Pharm
M.Pharm
Pharm D
Life Sciences Graduates (Freshers eligible)
Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
