Responsibilities/Expertise:

Ø Monitor and manage email inboxes for incoming Title, Insurance and Recorded documents; review and upload them to Salesforce for the respective files.

Ø Robust knowledge of reviewing the post-closing documents for accuracy and compliance.

Ø Robust knowledge on reviewing the Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy.

Ø Complete the Data Entry in Salesforce for the received Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy.

Ø Strong knowledge in email management and communication skills.
