Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines in the jewelry manufacturing process.
Coordinate with departments such as design, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or changes in demand.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and output.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role, preferably within the jewelry industry.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools specific to the jewelry manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments effectively and suppliers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues.
