PR Executive (1–2 years, Agency Experience)

PR, for us, is simple it is about doing things right, being clear, and being respectful of the people we work with, whether that’s media, partners, or each other.

At Muthoot FinCorp ONE, you will be a part of the in-house Communications team, working across outreach, coordination, and tracking. It is a hands-on role, things move fast, and you will be right in the middle of it.

We are fairly straightforward in how we work. Direction is explicit, so you are never guessing what needs to be done. Follow-ups matter, timelines matter, and so does getting things right, not just getting them out. Agencies are partners, not hand-offs, and we work closely with them to make things happen.

It is a high-accountability setup, but also an easy, positive team to work with. There is valuable coffee, positive energy, and people who take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

What you will do
Drive media outreach, follow-ups, and closures
Distribute press releases and track outcomes (not just sends)
Coordinate with journalists for queries, interviews, and coverage




Maintain media lists, trackers, and outreach status
Identify relevant PR opportunities and flag them early
Support events, media interactions, and coordination
Track coverage and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Work closely with PR agencies to ensure smooth execution
Support basic coordination on invoices and vendor follow-ups

What we are looking for
1–2 years in a PR agency (must)
Bachelor's degree in communications, Print Journalism, English, or a related field
Strong command over English (written and spoken)
Goal-oriented, you care about outcomes, not just activity
Someone who follows up without needing reminders
Comfortable managing multiple things at once
Basic understanding of BFSI or willingness to pick it up quickly
Clear communicator, organised, and dependable

In short, if you like getting things done, staying on top of things, and working closely with media and agency teams to make things happen, this role will suit you well.
