Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and experienced Process Trainer to support our Insurance Sales process within a BPO workplace. The candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recent hire training (NHT) for insurance sales processes
Deliver refresher training sessions based on performance gaps
Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
Monitor and evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and role plays
Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify training needs
Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion rate, AHT, etc.)
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in insurance sales
Stay updated with process changes and industry trends

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of insurance products.
Proven experience in sales training within a BPO or contact center
Excellent communication and presentation skill
