Role Description The Placement (Industry Collaboration) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with industry partners to secure placement opportunities for trained candidates, including coordinating with employers to understand hiring needs and aligning them with Anudip’s talent pool.
Responsibilities include identifying new organizations for collaboration, conducting regular outreach and meetings, and organizing recruitment drives, job fairs,
and employer interactions. The role also includes supporting candidate preparation through pre-placement talks, interview readiness sessions, and feedback sharing, while tracking placement outcomes and maintaining accurate records and reports. The position requires close coordination with internal training teams to ensure that skills imparted match industry expectations and help improve placement performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with employers and support candidates.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess placement data, identify trends, and optimize industry collaboration strategies.
- Experience in Training and Recruiting to prepare candidates for interviews and manage end-to-end placement processes.
- Ability to build and nurture corporate partnerships and networks within multiple industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or career services, preferably in skill development or education sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools; familiarity with CRM or placement tracking systems is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
