Customer Service Associate (CSA) – More Supermarket Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA) Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner. Help customers locate products and answer their queries. Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.

Monitor product availability and replenish stock as needed. Operate the billing/POS counter accurately (if assigned). Handle cash, digital payments, and issue bills/receipts. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.

Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items. Support inventory counting and stock management activities. Follow company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.



Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Eligibility: Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle store activities.
