– Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Picker Position: Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Picker Department: Store Operations / E-commerce Industry: Retail & Grocery Employment Type: Full time Job SummaryResponsible for providing good customer service, supporting daily store operations, accurately picking customer orders, packing products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining store quality and hygiene standards. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers with their queries and product requirements. Pick products accurately as per customer/online orders.

Check product quantity, quality, expiry date, and SKU before picking. Pack products safely and arrange orders for dispatch. Support billing and checkout activities when required. Maintain proper shelf display and replenish stock.

Coordinate with delivery partners and store team for timely order dispatch. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store. Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the Store Manager.





Support inventory checks and stock management. Achieve daily productivity, picking accuracy, and service targets. Follow company SOPs and work effectively as part of the store team. EligibilityMinimum 10th Pass ; 12th preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic communication and counting skills. Customer-service orientation and willingness to learn. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physically fit to stand/walk and handle grocery products.
