Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Psychologist role based in Mumbai. The Psychologist will provide individual and group counseling to children and adolescents, conducting psychological assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining case notes, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed to support emotional and behavioral health.

The role involves collaborating with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create holistic support systems and psychoeducational programs. The Psychologist will also participate in awareness initiatives, workshops,



and internal case discussions to enhance service quality and child-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in child and adolescent psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling, with a focus on emotional regulation, resilience building, and behavior management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to maintain accurate documentation, case records, and treatment plans while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant registration or licensure (where applicable) and prior experience working with children and adolescents in clinical or school settings.
- Demonstrated commitment to child protection, trauma-informed care, and ethical psychological practice.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage a full-time caseload, and adapt to a mission-driven, collaborative setting.
