Position: Plant Operator

Location: Uppugal - Warangal

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Industries: Oil

Responsibilities:
Monitor processes and ensure production and products in compliance to set standards and specification
Responsible for productivity of SEP Plant and ensure the set targets are met
Ensure measures such as preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication is done as per schedules to avoid trouble
Maintain various records and reports in plant logbook
Make regular checks of plant equipment and adjust, repairs for trouble shootings
Ensure to maintain site tidiness and general positive housekeeping throughout the SEP plant
7Report to the shift in charge
Responsible for control and reduction of downtime in shift
Responsible for cost effective and timely implementation of the repair program,



as well as the preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with company safety and other work-related policies
Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Required Skills
Ability to read, written orders, control gauges, manufacturer's operating instructions, and record plant information
Able to give remote support in case of urgency

Required Qualification: - 12th Pass

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
