Position: Production Engineer - IM

Location: Umbergaon nearby Vapi

Experience: 5 - 6 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:-
Process Optimization: Establish and maintain correct machine parameters, such as speed, pressure, and cooling times, using Scientific Moulding principles.
Defect Troubleshooting: Identify and fix common plastic defects like short shots, warpage, flash, sink marks, and air pockets.
Recent Product Introduction (NPI): Participate in design reviews to ensure recent plastic parts are easy and protected to manufacture.
Tooling & Trialing: Conduct mold validation trials for new tools and approve them for full-scale mass production.
Robot & Automation Programming: Set up and program auxiliary equipment, including pick-and-place robots and material mixers.
Continuous Improvement:



Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cycle times and lower overall manufacturing costs.
Documentation: Create and maintain process sheets, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety records.

Required Qualification: - CIPET/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
