We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
She will be responsible to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children.
Create a safe and supportive classroom setting where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and interact with their peers.
Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse learning needs, including those with special needs or English language learners.
Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in school events.




Collaborate with other preschool teachers and staff members to coordinate curriculum, classroom routines, and special events.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones, and regularly communicate with the school administration and parents.
Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and school policies and procedures.
Participate in career development prospects to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and teaching methodologies.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications - E.C.C.Ed.

Required Skills - Should be fluent in English.
