The Project Manager will manage on-ground projects with complete back-end support and guidance from Corporate Office. He will be the key executor of the Project along with the Ops Team at the in office location. He will be responsible for coordinating and on-ground implementation of the following key functional areas along with the Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

· To prepare marketing strategies as per regional influence and institutional requirements.

· Preparing plans for Media Management for various media like digital and print media

· Collecting and Finalizing the rate of ads, planning the media budget

· To act as a key planner and implementer for organising Events for marketing

· Organising and coordinating the Launch Program of the institution

· Organising Parent Orientation Programme ,Making strategies for Public Relations

· Developing a network of Vendors in and around the city to make the best resources available





· Coordinating logistics and transportation for smooth delivery of the required resources

· Collecting required data from the team for HR use, opening accounts, ID cards, etc.

· Verifying Documents, issuing Offer Letters and Appointment Letters in coordination with the HR team

Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Any graduate/postgraduate in Management (preferred) with a minimum of 60% marks aggregate

· Valuable knowledge of marketing/ administration in the education sector

· Good knowledge of MS Office software suite

· Ability to lead the team and solve problems, take the initiative and plan the tasks

· Flexibility with time to work extra hours whenever required

· Good analytical and interpersonal skills
