Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products, productive production, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Supervise baking staff, coordinate production schedules, and monitor product quality.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks, implement quality improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards.
Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory, track usage, and optimize ordering processes.
Staff Management: Train, motivate, and evaluate bakery staff, promoting a positive work setting.

5 Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work workplace, adhering to food safety regulations.
Cost Control: Monitor production costs, optimize resource usage, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements
3+ years of bakery experience/ Restaurant
Supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

15 Day day shift/ 15 day Night Shift
