Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensuring that deadline.
Manage the team of production workers. monitor performance, address any personnel issues that may arise.
Work closely with the quality team to identify and address any defects or issues.
Identify & establish areas for improvement.
Ensure safety regulations complies with health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Prepare daily production report, and any issues encountered.
Work closely with other departments, to ensure smooth production operations.
Address issues that arise, including machine breakdowns, material shortages, or personnel challenges, to minimize downtime.
